Happenings

It's been a little bit since I wrote last so I’ll play catch up:
The One Kitty Death Squad triumphed!! The death toll was more than we had anticipated but we consider them acceptable losses. We haven’t seen any since she assassinated the last one in March.
Belly Dance Class- I am having the time of my life and learning so much. Thanks to my fellow students /dear friends Jennifer, Ellen, Shr’ron, Kimber & Andrea and our AWESOME teacher, I’ve rediscovered my passion for it. It’s great to have a teacher who is experienced in the art, knows proper technique and stance and teaches you how to avoid getting hurt. It’s utterly refreshing to have a teacher who cares- Thank you Shahna!!!

Last but not least: Congratulations to Eliana on earning her First Degree! Eliana is a student of mine who came to me from another teacher. She’s really bloomed since coming to class & is a joy to teach. It was a wonderful ritual with many friends and loved ones there to witness the event. I’m looking forward to seeing her continue on her path. She’s going to make a wonderful High Priestess someday.
Morgaine, one of my other students, was so funny. You could almost see her taking mental notes on what was going on, how it was done & what happened. She did her dedication right before going off to college last August. Even though it was a little challenging to meet on the weekends she came home, she has continued her studies in addition to her regular classes- if she keeps this pace up, it won’t be long before she’s earned her First Degree too!!!
